The Department of Chemical & Biological Engineering at Villanova University invites applications for the position of Assistant Teaching Professor. Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as an Assistant Teaching Professor will include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in fundamentals such as process design, unit operations lab, chemical engineering economics, statistics, and petroleum engineering. You will also be responsible for developing new educational material, disseminating new knowledge, curriculum review and assessment, participation in academic advising, engaging in laboratory development, and participating in departmental and institutional functions.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants should have a PhD in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field. A strong ability to update unit operations experiments and use data acquisition software is required.

Benefits and Compensation

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
