Job Overview

Nakupuna Consulting is seeking an Intermediate Aviation Analyst to join our team providing professional services to Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic. This individual will perform supply support and clerical work to support the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform tasks related to completing transactions, providing customer assistance, screening reference files, and reviewing stock record cards.
  • Monitor and maintain accountability programs for the command in an automated data processing system.
  • Review and audit property accountable documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Update databases with information provided by analysts or higher-level technicians.
  • Research and resolve unprocessed supply documents, research national stock numbers, and process batch file transfers.
  • Coordinate procurement actions using standard stock systems for specific supply support programs.
  • Maintain document control registers for supply actions, including purchases.
Qualifications:
  • This position requires a high school diploma or GED or at least 4 years of experience in Naval Aviation supply.
  • Security Clearance: Secret security clearance required.
  • US Citizenship: This position supports a U.S. Government Contract requiring staff to be U.S. Citizens.
Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
