At Apparound, we are seeking a skilled Customer Delivery Manager to join our innovative software company. With a strong background in IT and customer management, this individual will be responsible for delivering projects and supporting existing customers effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. A degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.

The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Job

This role requires a highly motivated individual who can think critically and solve problems efficiently. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of systems engineering concepts and be able to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORT PRE-SALES BY PROVIDING PRODUCT EXPERTISE AND ANSWERING COMPLEX PRODUCT QUESTIONS
  • ANALYZE AND PREPARE PRE-SALES QUOTES
  • DELIVER BUSINESS ANALYSIS OF CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS TO TECHNICAL TEAMS
  • MULTITASK AND HANDLE CHALLENGES EFFECTIVELY IN A FAST-PACED WORK ENVIRONMENT
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • KNOWLEDGE OF AGILE SCRUM METHODOLOGY
  • DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE WITH MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGIES (C#, ASP.NET, SQL SERVER)
  • GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF SYSTEMS ENGINEERING CONCEPTS
