Il Gruppo FAAC, leader mondiale nell'automazione degli accessi, nei parcheggi e nel controllo degli accessi, che comprende 40 società di vendita, oltre 3.700 dipendenti in tutto il mondo e 18 stabilimenti di produzione, è alla ricerca di una figura come Quality Manager.

La risorsa verrà inserita presso il quartier generale di CoMETA a Barberino Tavarnelle all'interno del reparto Controllo Qualità (Supply & Manufacturing) e si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività:

Attività principali

  1. Coordinare le risorse addette al controllo in accettazione
  2. Mantenere aggiornate le istruzioni operative di controllo
  3. Garantire la conformità dei processi interni con riferimento alla norma ISO 9001/2015
  4. Gestire azioni correttive alla luce delle non conformità di prodotto/sistema
  5. Gestire il trattamento delle Non Conformità Fornitori
  6. Eseguire audit sui fornitori secondo le linee guida ISO 19011
  7. Definire i piani di controllo
  8. GEMBA WALK – KPI di Processo: miglioramento efficacia ed efficienza
  9. Analizzare le Non Conformità di processo
  10. Elaborare ed aggiornare i KPI di qualità ed implementare attività di miglioramento
  11. Eseguire audit interni secondo le linee guida ISO 19011
  12. Collaborare con gli altri team preposti all'analisi dei claim dal mercato

Requisiti

  1. Laurea o Diploma tecnico (preferibile indirizzo meccanico)
  2. Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione di sistemi di qualità certificati ISO9001
  3. Esperienze precedenti in industrie del settore metalmeccanico
  4. Dimestichezza con sistemi di problem solving strutturati (ad es. A3, PDCA, Ishikawa, fishbone diagram)
  5. Conoscenza delle tecniche di misurazione, controllo e collaudo
  6. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  7. Capacità di lavorare in team
  8. Capacità analitica e approccio data driven
