About Adare Pharma Solutions
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Industrialization Specialist to join our Industrialization Team at Italian sites. As an expert in industrialization and process development, you will play a key role in supporting our pharmaceutical industry partners during all phases of drug development.
You will work closely with relevant business units (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Business Development) to develop and implement manufacturing processes, ensure process validation, and manage life cycles of existing products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement industrialization strategies to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with R&D to scale up and validate new products from lab to industrial scale.
- Work with the Business Support Team to develop commercial proposals and negotiate agreements with partners.
- Lead process validation activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide technical support to Operations and Quality teams during manufacturing process validation runs.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize production processes.
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Science (e.g., Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Biology) from a five-year accredited university or college plus 5 years of related experience required.
- Full Proficiency in Italian (main language) and in English.
- Strong knowledge of technology transfer projects, especially for oral solid dosage forms.
- Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in Excel.
- Ability to coordinate, contribute to, and work within a cross-functional team.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize duties and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to accommodate up to 15% travel.
