Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our Engineering Department, you will be responsible for assisting the Duty Engineer in the day-to-day activities of operations and maintenance of all engineering-related plants, equipment, and building services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Duty Engineer in the maintenance and repair of all engineering-related plants, equipment, and building services.
- Control and check all equipment related to the AC Section.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of Accor Hotels.
- Ensure all equipment is handled and maintained according to standards.
- Bring any matters affecting the interests of Accor Hotels to the attention of management.
- Abide by the mission statement of the Company and the department.
- Facilitate the functioning of and/or oversee the functioning of the Housekeeping Department or any other Department in the Hotel when necessitated by circumstances and as mandated by the General Manager.
Requirements
- Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
