Job Overview: As an IT Network Project Manager at NEVERHACK Italy, you will be responsible for designing, building, and sustaining complex networks. You will provide technical expertise to develop new product strategies and contribute to the design of security measures. Your key responsibilities include identifying adequate network solutions, ensuring compliance with security guidelines, and managing IT processes and budget.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Design, build and sustain complex Network (SD-WAN, DC-LAN, Cloud, WIFI, Firewalls, Load-Balancers, Satellite Solutions);
  • Provide technical expertise to develop new product strategies, provide inputs against new solutions/applications or enhancements;
  • Identify the adequate network solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company;
  • Ensure compliance in alignment with Security guidelines and contribute to the design of security;
  • Set-up and optimize IT Processes, IT documentation and management reporting;
  • Interact with business units and vendors;
  • Manage Budget of related areas;
  • Contribute to complex IT projects & programs, including software development;


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent, with at least 7 years' proven experience in Networking and Project Management areas. You must be fluent in English, both oral and written, and have proven experience with Checkpoint Firewalls, F5 Load-Balancers, HPe or Cisco WiFi and LAN, Azure/AWS Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Networking, SD-WAN. A Network or Security Certification is also desirable. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
