About the Role

Michael Page International Italia S.R.L. is seeking a highly skilled Brand and Content Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our client's brand and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute traditional marketing plans to align with overall business objectives
  • Implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including print ads, television commercials, radio spots, direct mail, and outdoor advertising
  • Create compelling content for traditional marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, print advertisements, and direct mail pieces
  • Identify and negotiate advertising placements to maximize reach and effectiveness within budget constraints
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and creative services, to ensure alignment of messaging and goals
  • Manage traditional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes
  • Track and analyze the performance of traditional marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience (>5 years) in brand management, marketing, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft compelling brand messages
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative brand strategies and solutions
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making
  • Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
