Key Responsibilities:

  • Activate and manage athlete and partner sponsorships, including product supply, performance tracking, and event participation.
  • Implement seasonal marketing plans aligned with global and local strategies, organizing events and activations to boost brand visibility.
  • Support cross-category campaigns, focusing on running, football, and Gen Z engagement, while refreshing communication touchpoints.
  • Assist in managing activation projects and developing communication tools across online and offline platforms.
  • Track KPIs, prepare reports, and optimize CRM activities to drive campaign success.
  • Build a portfolio of young athletes, focusing on talent for future events.

Eligibility:

  • Enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
  • Students in their last year of bachelor's degree or master's degree
  • Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2025 – September 2025
  • Ability to relocate to Milan for the full duration of the internship
  • Fluent English written and spoken (C1)
