About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HSE Manager to join our team at Culture Digitali Srl. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement HSE Policies
Develop, implement, and maintain effective HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct Risk AssessmentsConduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
Provide Training and AwarenessProvide training and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and stakeholders on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
Investigate IncidentsInvestigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Manage HSE BudgetDevelop and manage the HSE budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
Collaborate with StakeholdersCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including management, employees, and contractors, as well as external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and industry associations.
Stay Up-to-Date with RegulationsStay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a senior HSE role.
Skills and KnowledgeExcellent knowledge of HSE principles, laws, and regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Language SkillsFluency in English (minimum level B2). Knowledge of Italian is an asset.
