We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as an Education and Training Specialist at Fondazione Dalmine, a company that promotes industrial culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in subjects related to industrial culture, with a focus on labor culture, environment, business ethics, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs focused on industrial culture, covering topics such as labor culture, environmental impact, business ethics, and safety practices.
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to diverse audiences, including students, professionals, and community members.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance learning experiences and promote critical thinking and discussion.
- Provide guidance and support to students, facilitating their understanding of complex industrial concepts and their practical applications.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, assessments, and educational resources aligned with program goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, research, and best practices in industrial culture education, integrating new knowledge into instructional strategies.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and events to promote awareness and understanding of industrial culture within the community.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, respect, and collaboration among students and participants.
Requirements:
