Bethanie, a leading not-for-profit aged care and retirement living provider, is seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to join their team in Como, Western Australia. As a Physiotherapist with Bethanie, you will have the opportunity to work in partnership with residents at our aged care home, promoting a positive ageing experience and providing evidence-based therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide goal-directed Physiotherapy services, including assessment and therapeutic interventions in mobility, function, pain, and falls prevention and management.
  • Direct and coordinate therapy implementation by Therapy Assistants and support staff.
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary program of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and information systems.

About You:

  • Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Good computer skills, with confidence to use Microsoft Office packages and clinical information systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written form.
  • Commitment to person-centred care.
  • Demonstrated workload and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
