Project Test and Commissioning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Test and Commissioning Manager to join our team at ALSTOM. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning and managing all Test and Commissioning activities for the project, ensuring the application of the project's strategy and compliance with ADM strategy, policies, standards, local regulations, and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy the Test and Commissioning process on the field and ensure its application by the Test and Commissioning team within the project.
  • Proactively manage internal interfaces with project engineering, installation, and external technical interfaces with Partners, Third Parties, and Customers for Test and Commissioning activities.
  • Deliver Test and Commissioning procedures, Method Statements, and coordinate In-house trainings.
  • Prepare and manage Test and Commissioning works on field – Material and tools, documentation, people, access, logistic,...
  • Manage the Test and Commissioning team:
    • Ensure EHS on field with guidance and support from the Project team member in charge of Project EHS coordination.
    • Train and support people in the Test and Commissioning activities.
    • Participate to Subsystem Leader, Engineer, and Technician assessment of competency.
    • Manage the tools and organize accurate calibration.
    • Anticipate issues and report/alert on a regular basis – weekly – to the RC TCM and to the PM on progress, issues, and risks on the project (EHS, T&C work, System delivery,...)
  • Monitor/manage QCD performance delivery (including EHS and RSA – Railway safety-) of the work package T&C as per customer and solution/system requirements.
  • Issue the REX on T&C activities, and propose update/improvement of the T&C way of working/process/tools and the T&C Reference Library, to optimize T&C performance.
