Job Description
The Store Compliance Program Manager will be responsible for managing the rollout of program features and enhancements based on legislative changes in the Sustainability space. This includes working closely with Pan EU account management teams to drive vendor outreach and de-risking goals.
The ideal candidate should have experience in risk management and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. They should also have excellent communication skills to work closely with stakeholders across multiple stores and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with program level components.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage engagement with multiple stakeholders, including Tax, Legal, Operations, Tech, Retail, and RBS.
- Own weekly and monthly reporting on the state of initiatives owned.
