Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Structured Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Real Estate Division, you will be responsible for underwriting and structuring commercial real estate structured finance transactions, including leading cashflow modeling and participating in the distribution of commercial mortgage loans through the syndication market or alternative routes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Underwrite and structure commercial real estate structured finance transactions, including leading cashflow modeling
  • Assist in the structuring and execution of real estate commercial mortgage loans, including participation in the drafting of written documents
  • Participate in the distribution of commercial mortgage loans through the syndication market or alternative routes
  • Monitor deals in the book and maintain close contact with the CRE market
  • Develop a clear understanding of real estate asset management strategies and interact with clients under the supervision of Senior Front Officers
  • Ensure full compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory obligations
  • Participate in the origination of Real Estate advisory mandates and conduct risk analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree from a top-ranked business and/or engineering college
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in Structured financing in banks, insurers, and/or private equity funds
  • Professional command of MS Office and understanding of the loan market, its dynamics, and the related instruments
  • Capacity to generate pitch material that is clear, structured, compelling, and comprehensive in addressing clients' needs
  • Responsibility, flexibility, and responsiveness, with ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships
