Job Summary

Eli Lilly and Company is a global healthcare leader seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support our production activities in Sesto Fiorentino. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical and scientific support for quality-related issues in production, performing troubleshooting and impact assessments, and ensuring batch record documentation meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Support: Be the primary point of contact for quality-related issues in production, providing technical and scientific support as needed.
  2. Troubleshooting and Impact Assessment: Perform troubleshooting and define intervention methods based on process impact assessments.
  3. Batch Review and Process Monitoring: Conduct batch reviews, evaluate machine cycles, and process alarms to ensure quality standards are met.
  4. Document Control: Prepare and control preliminary documentation for batch release in assigned production areas.
  5. Production Authorization: Authorize production restart after extraordinary maintenance interventions.
  6. Inspection and Training Support: Collaborate in preparing inspections and training production personnel.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Master's Degree in a Scientific Field (Chemistry, CTF, Biology, Biotechnology)
  2. Desirable Experience in a pharmaceutical environment, preferably in production.
  3. Good Knowledge of English and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This position is initially offered with a fixed-term contract (twelve months). The selected candidate will be required to work on shifts, including night shifts.
