We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ERP Senior Business Analyst to become part of our Global Operation Controlling team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the deployment of a comprehensive Costing Accounting model across all manufacturing units of LivaNova.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ERP implementation and data migration, coupled with a robust background in cost accounting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating project resources and timelines to ensure successful completion.
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to establish a clear roadmap, milestones, and actionable solutions to achieve project objectives.
  • Working alongside local plant controllers during the implementation and localization of the cost accounting model, serving as the liaison between global and local teams, as well as the central IT department.
  • Expertly gathering and translating user and system requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Acting as the primary contact during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the rollout.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation related to technical solutions, including user manuals.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in industrial accounting and finance, with exceptional analytical capabilities.

Accountability for managing individual tasks and effective communication with a diverse, cross-functional international team are essential.

Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and prior involvement in SAP or equivalent ERP system implementations and data migration projects is highly desirable.
