Job Title: Italy General Manager
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated leader to take charge of our operations in Italy. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving business growth, managing day-to-day operations, and making strategic decisions to drive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for launching and scaling Livo in Italy
- Negotiate and close deals with healthcare institutions
- Oversee customer onboarding and management, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Grow the nurse workforce on our platform through marketing campaigns, partnerships, and paid media
- Serve as the face of Livo in Italy, building relationships with industry leaders and decision-makers
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, operations, or GM/startup launcher roles
- A proven track record of delivering results-driven outcomes
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills
- A collaborative mindset, prioritizing team success above personal achievements
- Proficiency in both Italian and English (spoken and written)
