ASSOCIATES will deconstruct complex challenges into manageable tasks, pinpointing the critical elements of a problem and guiding junior consultants' focus towards those aspects. You will adeptly plan and execute analyses, identifying core issues within intricate evaluations to formulate effective recommendations. Working closely with clients and project team members, you will drive project progress and oversee small teams to ensure task completion. Clients and colleagues will rely on Associates for insightful perspectives in their chosen subject area.

ENGAGEMENT MANAGERS are the leaders who oversee our projects on a daily basis. You will guide the team through a structured and effective problem-solving process, from initial brainstorming to final solution convergence. You will ensure that recommendations are accurate, practical, relevant, and cohesive. This role requires strategic thought leadership and a command of all technical and operational execution details. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to cultivate strong relationships are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS

Recognizing that each client project is unique, we value diverse backgrounds and skill sets in our candidates. We seek high-caliber individuals eager to join our successful team. Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • 4-10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization
  • In-depth understanding of the insurance industry
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, with the ability to conduct sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions, and present recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal contexts
  • Fluency in English and Italian is essential
  • An undergraduate or advanced degree from a prestigious academic institution
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proactive initiative in seeking opportunities to learn and apply new skills
  • A blend of intelligence and creativity, ready to devise innovative solutions to complex client challenges
  • An aptitude for analytical tasks, including identifying key issues within extensive data sets
