Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Owner of Business line (Value Chain - Agile Methodology) to develop initiatives on Information System to effectively support the Business.
- Guarantee security and proper functioning of Information System segment assigned to the team.
- Plan and monitor IT evolutions for external developments and support the Manager on management and supervision of external providers.
- Be responsible for IT projects and change requests of the Value Chain.
- Support multiple skillsets as a team member of the Agile Team from Business Analysis, Experience Design, Testing and Production Support to ensure the delivery of working code with the aim of supporting the prioritized business needs.
- Contribute to Agile Chapter Business Analyst and support Agile Chapter.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related studies.
- At least 3 years of experience in the role, handling complex projects.
- Preferable: prior experience in Securities Banking Operations/Custodian and Settlement perimeter.
- Italian: C2.
- English: C1.
- Valuable asset: Agile Methodology, ITIL Methodology, Project Management.
- Office and Microsoft 365.
