Join Our Team as a Junior Business Analyst - Stage

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a Junior Business Analyst - Stage. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design of internal processes, reporting activities, and data entry tasks.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will work closely with the Head of Operations to develop business knowledge and skills. Key responsibilities include supporting the roll out of local and global platforms, developing and improving processes, and performing reporting and data entry activities.

As a Junior Business Analyst - Stage, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging and international environment, with a focus on managing business processes and implementing platforms and policies.

Responsibilities
  • Support the roll out of local and global platforms

Requirements
  • Recently graduated in Management Engineering or Business Economics
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Interested in managing business processes and implementing platforms and policies
  • Highly motivated
  • Detail-oriented
  • Patient and organized
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proactive and willing to work in a challenging and international environment
