Job Description

Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Company: Alpitronic

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze systems requirements to ensure optimal performance and maintain systems processes.
  • Conduct daily systems analytics to identify areas for improvement and troubleshoot problems.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and provide research and recommendations to managers and executives.
  • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
  • Identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
  • Lead technical business processes by developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Create and implement precise management plans for every project with transparent communication at all levels.
  • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science.
  • Previous years of experience in IT department and in data visualization.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant ERP, CRM, BI, Enterprise Content-Management-System-Application, including programming languages to build up, support, and maintain the interfaces between the applications.
  • Customer and service-oriented mindset.
  • High proficiency in technical writing and in managing projects and user testing.
  • Good knowledge of English, German, and/or Italian.
