The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented designer who is ambitious and curious with excellent personal, written, and graphic communication skills. As a Senior Architect in our team, you will be part of the delivery of significant and complex projects in the Science and Industry and Technology sectors with a focus on Data Centre design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as project lead architect in managing the service and in having a direct interface with the clients' team.
  • Liaise with the clients to assist in setting the design ambitions and with the project stakeholders to develop the design and the coordination of the architectural requirements and their impact on the project.
  • Manage and coordinate the architectural project team.
  • Work in a project team in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of projects under the supervision of the project leaders.
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules, and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Laurea in Architettura or Master in architecture or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates design flair with both creative and analytical skills, 3D thinking, and ability to draw by hand alongside knowledge of relevant design and visualisation software applications.
  • Highly motivated, proactive with a passion for learning new skills in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Good knowledge of Revit and BIM environment.
  • Demonstrable interest in sustainability and climate change resilience.
  • Knowledge and experience in building permit procedures in Italy.
