Attività principali

  • Definire e implementare le politiche aziendali relative alla salute, sicurezza e ambiente, assicurandosi che siano conformi alle normative e agli standard HSE;
  • Analizzare i rischi e i potenziali pericoli sul luogo di lavoro e suggerire soluzioni per ridurli o eliminarli;
  • Coordinare la formazione obbligatoria del personale e assicurarsi che i dipendenti ricevano una preparazione adeguata sui temi di sicurezza e protezione ambientale;
  • Effettuare audit e ispezioni per verificare regolarmente che le pratiche di sicurezza siano rispettate e proporre azioni correttive in caso di irregolarità;
  • Gestire e indagare sugli incidenti e sugli infortuni sul lavoro e predisporre rapporti dettagliati;
  • Monitorare e analizzare i dati relativi alle prestazioni HSE e proporre misure per migliorare le pratiche di sicurezza.

Requisiti

Fondamentali/Must have

  • Esperienza maturata in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente all'interno di contesti manifatturieri o industriali;
  • Laurea o diploma conseguito in ambito scientifico;
  • Conoscenza delle leggi e regolamentazioni in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente;
  • Buon livello di inglese.

Preferenziali/Nice to have

  • Certificazioni professionali (es. NEBOSH, ISO);
  • Familiarità con il sistema 231;
  • Capacità di analisi e problem solving;
  • Attenzione ai dettagli e capacità organizzativa.
