About the Role

Flextronics, a leading diversified manufacturing partner, is seeking a skilled Logistics Engineer to join our team in Milano, Somaglia. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on warehouse performance and process steps to support business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on logistics process performance
  • Analyze historical and actual data to determine trends and accurate forecasts
  • Prepare specific analyses on warehouse areas using Excel files and PowerPoint presentations
  • Implement lean activities to improve process quality and reduce costs
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and company departments
  • Maintain, improve, and support operations of the laser etching department
  • Perform periodic checks and schedule maintenance for tools and machines
  • Develop and control NPI-related processes and implementations
  • Compile and write training materials and facilitate training sessions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics/Transportation
  • Experience in logistics or transportation (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to reach the site by own car
