Role Overview
We are in search of a Digital Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The Digital Consultant will play a pivotal role in assisting clients to achieve their business objectives by overseeing their digital performance strategies and implementations.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, manage, and enhance programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Develop and oversee paid search initiatives (AdWords, Bing, etc.), paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), and display performance advertising (networks, affiliations, retargeting, etc.). This includes understanding briefs, defining strategies, allocating budgets across media vendors, negotiating payouts, creating media plans, booking, delivering ad creatives to media vendors, setting up search and social accounts, generating keyword lists, crafting copy, performing daily optimizations, and reporting.
- Facilitate client interactions, including reporting, meetings, and quarterly business reviews as necessary.
- Maintain a strong focus on client KPIs and proactively seek methods to achieve targets.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients regarding all digital initiatives and trends.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and foster innovation in all activities.
- Support the digital leader/partner in managing and coordinating the team.
- Cultivate strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing digital campaigns.
- Proficient understanding of Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360 and Adform.
- Strong knowledge of search and social advertising platforms (AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter).
- Familiarity with display performance media vendors and technologies.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Understanding of conversion optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of Ad Serving and Analytics technologies.
- Analytical mindset with financial acumen.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong time management and project management skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Capable of working independently and completing assignments within the given parameters and accepted practices.
