Strategic Account Manager

Purpose of the RoleThe Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for expanding existing accounts, building strong customer relationships, and driving profitability. This role requires a trusted partner and advisor who can provide strategic guidance and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Full revenue responsibility, including forecasting and achieving target performance.
- Act as the main contact for customers, providing trusted advice and guidance.
- Develop and manage existing accounts, focusing on strategic account management and post-sales implementation.
- New product and menu expansion targeting and sales support.
- Conduct regular customer business reviews and negotiate long-term contracts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Preferrably, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the diagnostic industry, with a focus on managing and expanding existing accounts.
- Proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references.
- Excellent product and industry knowledge, as well as strong communication skills.
- This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at €60,000 per year, based on local market conditions and the company's requirements.
- Candidates must be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of local customer dynamics.
- Geographic area: Campania, with a preferred residence in Naples.
- Work shift: Standard.
- Travel: Yes, approximately 75% of the time.
