Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef for the upcoming season to enhance our culinary team.

The ideal candidate should possess a deep passion for the culinary arts and be adept at navigating challenges. A commitment to delivering authentic and luxurious experiences is essential, along with qualities such as care, confidence, curiosity, and a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and innovate a diverse array of pastries and desserts, crafting new recipes.
• Supervise the production of pastries and desserts, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Train and mentor pastry kitchen staff to execute recipes with accuracy.
• Oversee inventory management and cost control of pastry ingredients, maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to conceptualize and develop new menu offerings.
• Implement strategies to optimize food costs while upholding quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations within the pastry kitchen.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service by anticipating and exceeding the expectations of guests and colleagues.

Additional Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within a fine dining establishment (Michelin star experience is advantageous).
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities.
