Job Title: Ict Project Manager

Edison is seeking a highly skilled Ict Project Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our ICT department, you will be responsible for managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scouting and development of IT systems to support business strategies for innovative products and services
  • Participation in the design of integrated digital marketing campaigns with the marketing team
  • Interface with the business to collect and rationalize requirements, analyze the impact of requests on systems, and direct requests to suppliers
  • End-to-end project management, from planning to control, with the introduction and monitoring of specific milestones to ensure the achievement of expected objectives in terms of time and cost, while ensuring the required quality level for exercising the software in production
  • Governance of all involved suppliers to ensure their alignment in the analysis, testing, and deployment phases
  • Review of technical solutioning to ensure full adherence to the application architecture and company best practices
  • Critical evaluation of costs
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in IT within a company or consulting firm on projects in the utility sector for evolution/maintenance on the Salesforce platform and sales processes
  • Laurea in ingegneria informatica, informatica, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of marketing sales processes and product offers
  • Knowledge of creative assets and User Experience and User Interface (Visual, Mock up) graphics
  • Technical project management skills in software development and design
  • Coordinating and managing IT service outsourcers and coordinating work teams
  • Experience in project planning in sales on technology Salesforce
  • Proactive support for a data-driven approach and data quality management in your area of reference
  • Good level of autonomy
  • Competence in the Salesforce platform
  • Knowledge of SQL / DB Oracle / Java languages
  • SEO, SEM, and Web analytics knowledge
  • UML design competence (Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Component Diagrams)
  • Entity relationship modeling and formalization of System/Software Requirements Specifications
  • English: Good knowledge of both spoken and written
