About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Trainer to join our team at Amazon Italia Transport Srl. As a key member of our team, you will play a central role in onboarding and upskilling our employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to stay safe, be efficient, and enjoy professional growth at Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training and coaching to Amazon's standard, reviewing and improving site-training completion rates with managers and associates.
  • Gather feedback and highlight areas where there are opportunities to streamline or improve the training experience.
  • Work with stakeholders across Italy and Europe to identify areas where further training and development is needed.
  • Help audit metrics such as safety, quality, and process across sites.
  • Train and coach associates to become ambassadors who can help deliver coaching and training to local teams.
  • Plan efficient training plans and participate actively in workshops by bringing data and accurate analysis.
  • Assess process compliance and use a data-driven approach when analyzing scenarios that can be optimized.
About the Team

Amazon couldn't deliver at pace without the Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As part of ATS, you'll be welcomed into a diverse team that plays a central role in our success. Using air, sea, and road transport, as well as Sortation Centres equipped with the latest technology, you'll help Amazon's transport run at maximum efficiency.

What We're Looking For
  • Relevant experience of using clear communication, including evidence of delivering training groups and creating corresponding communications and training materials.
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) in a professional environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in the local language.
  • Fluent English certificate or knowledge.
  • Analytical approach based on relevant projects involved.
  • Data-driven approach based on previous experience.
  • Certificate or relevant experience in Learning as a trainer, coach, teacher, etc.
  • Evidence in public speaking skills based on previous work experience.
