Position

We are looking for a System Test Engineer to join our Module Testing Team based in Turin, Italy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Formulate, execute and document tests at System Integration level on HW and SW Module Project.
  • Cooperate to design products with high focus on robustness, re-usability, serviceability and maintainability of the solutions, driving end-to-end system verification test campaigns.
  • Run intensive Functional/Non-functional testing (Performance, Robustness,..).
  • Cooperate with other team members and project managers in order to deliver best in class products driving the best quality at the right time and at the right cost.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in formulating test analysis, executing and documenting test procedures at System Integration level.
  • Ability to pick up new technologies, in HW and SW area, easily and quickly.
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking in failure and bug investigation, to facilitate the product development.
  • Able to be open to new ideas and able to implement them, challenging the way it has always been done, and managing the process of change with all its implication on systems.
  • Able to be flexible and adaptable, able to work even when things are uncertain and changing quickly, to have a calm influence on others even in stressful situations.
  • Able to promote and assert own ideas with confidence, making sure that this has an impact. Able to listen and understand, willing to share information.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge on Testing practices and method.
  • Knowledge of Win/Linux, basic Sw Programming (Python), MySQL.
  • Knowledge of test automation/simulation tools.
  • Data analysis.
