## Job Title: GBS Account Payable Specialist

## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented GBS Account Payable Specialist to join our team at our Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL). As a key member of our Global Business Service, you will be responsible for managing accounting activities, including month-end closing, accounts payable, and balance sheet accounts reconciliation.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage month-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, inventory, and payroll
* Serve as the main contact for communication flow with subsidiaries
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage balance sheet accounts reconciliation
* Post and pay vendor invoices
* Post customer payments and credit memos
* Assist in preparing audit work for year-end with external auditors
* Assist in executing company policies and compliance procedures
* Manage bank accounts reconciliation and posting

## Requirements

* Economics, Finance, Administration, or Business Management Master's Degree with excellent results
* Excellent English knowledge; any other EMEA languages are considered a plus
* At least 1 year of experience in Accounting or Auditing within complex organizations
* Quantitative analysis skills and Excel proficiency
* SAP knowledge is a plus
