This position reports to the HR Business Partner and plays a key role in developing and implementing people strategy through the execution of HR processes. You will provide HR support for a defined team or location, partnering with respective managers to drive effective solutions and achieve business objectives.

The work model for this role is Hybrid, contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings Division in Santa Palomba (Rome). Key Accountabilities include:

  • Counsel and support business leaders in resolving issues and achieving goals.
  • Support and drive the People Strategy, leading the implementation of initiatives in the Santa Palomba location.
  • Ensure an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with functions and Shared Services.
  • Assess and promote talent pipeline, supporting building world-class teams in the area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
  • Change management experience with ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders at a global level.
  • Strategic orientation with business acumen and high problem-solving skills.
