Cx Director, Europe

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Experience Director to lead our European region. As a senior CX leader, you will be responsible for setting and implementing the CX strategy across the region, focusing on improving customer satisfaction, retention, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive CX strategy for the European region, aligned with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Lead a team of CX professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple markets and channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CX initiatives and projects.
- Measure and report on CX key performance indicators (KPIs), including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including country leaders, suppliers, and business partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CX, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
- Proven experience as a senior CX leader in a large multinational company, with a strong track record of delivering CX transformations and improvements.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of CX professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
