About the role: We are looking for a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at Romazzino a Belmond Hotel. The successful candidate will have a strong background in lifeguarding and experience working in a luxury environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional lifeguarding services to our guests
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment around the pool and beach areas
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
• Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Requirements:

• Current lifeguard certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a lifeguard in a luxury hotel or resort
• Fluent in English and Italian
