Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support our sales process and customer service for national and international existing customers in the testing, inspection, and certification area.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales process and customer service for national and international existing customers in the testing, inspection, and certification area.
  • Independent processing of customer inquiries, including preparation of proposals and tracking of open quotations until receipt of order.
  • Recording and maintaining accurate and complete customer master data in the CRM system.
  • Assist in achieving company goals and increasing revenues.
  • Proactively market CSA's portfolio of services to existing customers in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Occasional client/trade show visits and involvement in client events.

Requirements:
Completed commercial or technical vocational training, technical business management, or completed studies in the field of marketing/sales or comparable. 1-5 years of relevant work experience is desirable. Knowledge of Salesforce and Workday is an advantage. Knowledge of the testing and certification industry is an advantage. Very good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken) is required. Very good customer service skills, high service orientation, and communication skills are essential. Detail orientation and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously is necessary. Independent and result-oriented way of working is expected.
