Main Duties and Responsibilities- Be an expert in the software systems implemented by the company.
- Lead a group of people for a variety of projects for both local and international clients.
- Analyse client requirements, design solutions and compile functional and technical specifications.
- Perform installations of software and implementations of the specified solutions.
- Perform quality assurance and provide user training and handholding.
- Provide technical support remotely and on-site.
- Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
- Provide consulting to help clients use technology to optimize their operations.
- Participate in presentations to potential clients and the preparation of proposals.
- According to seniority, manage people and projects.
- Holder of a University degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of previous working experience implementing complex software systems in a leadership role, including substantial experience in managing people and projects.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes.
- Some understanding of databases and database programming.
- Strong communications skills.
