Job Title: Housekeeping Manager

Adecco Italia SpA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at a 5-star resort in Costa Smeralda. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the Housekeeping Department, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the Housekeeping Department, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of all areas of the resort, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a 5-star resort environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of cleaning techniques, procedures, and standards.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
