Sales Strategy for SMEs

The Telesales Department is responsible for B2B clients in the SME sector, managing telephone contacts to create corporate agreements.

  • Manage existing corporate clients to create upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Create and negotiate offers
  • Understand client needs and provide adequate support
  • Update systems with follow-up actions through the Salesforce CRM
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Passion for sales and predisposition to manage client calls
  • Ability to solve problems and propose innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication, relational, and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Ability to work both independently, managing time effectively, and in a team
  • Ability to analyze demand and client and company needs
  • Familiarity with the Office package and preferred knowledge of Salesforce as a CRM

Additional information:

Work location: SIXT HQ, Segrate

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Fixed salary + variable compensation based on individual targets
