Job Summary

Meta System Spa is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the coordination, implementation, and execution of specific projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring consistency with company strategy and goals.
  • Coordinate and provide direction to project staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation, working closely with the Program Manager to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring clear understanding among stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Implement and manage project changes, ensuring maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management / Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in Engineering, preferably within automotive.
  • Excellent Office skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
  • Experience in delivering major engineering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
  • Proven management experience.
  • Good English, spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of related experience.
  • Previous experience in automotive OEM and/or Tier 1 supplier.
  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
  • Good German, spoken and written.
