About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon as a Trainee Area/Shift Leader, where you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics sites. As a trainee leader, you will be responsible for leading and training a team of up to 100 employees, planning and controlling internal processes, and collaborating with on-site departments to optimize customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train a team of up to 100 employees

  • Participate in overarching projects to improve productivity and quality
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and environmental protection
A Day in the Life

You will work in one of our shifts (early, late, or night) and be responsible for ensuring safety standards at your entire site. As a shift manager, you will conduct team meetings, provide feedback to employees and stakeholders, and use data analysis to influence productivity and quality. You will also collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure we meet our customers' requirements and our own standards.
