The Center for Research and Fellowships at Villanova University seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented student worker to support general office functions. As an Administrative Assistant Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop professional skills through writing, editing, outreach, and events.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, students, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with events, including the autumn Student Research Symposium and the Presidential Scholars Interview Program, creating and editing promotional materials as needed.
  • Support the CRF staff on programmatic needs, including data projects and editorial work.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to University and FERPA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, demonstrating a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
