Internship Opportunity in Power Management Unit Integrated Circuits

We are looking for a talented intern to join our dynamic team that develops and delivers best-in-class Power Management Unit Integrated Circuits used in various Apple devices. This role will focus on analog circuits with an emphasis on design and verification.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and verify analog/mixed signal IPs
  • Support the layout, DFT, and AMS teams during the design phase
  • Closely collaborate with the validation team on debugging and characterization of the block and with the test team to ensure production test quality and coverage
Requirements:
  • Enrolled in Bachelors/Masters/PhD studies in Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-organized working style
  • Fluent English skills are required
  • Availability for at least 6 months
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of transistor operation and device physics applied to analog design
  • Strong interest in analog design with emphasis on voltage or current references, A2D or D2A converters, oscillators, linear voltage regulators, amplifiers, voltage, and current sensing circuits
  • Knowledge of the design analyses methods such as small signal, feedback loop systems
  • Knowledge of Cadence environment and analog circuit simulators (Spectre, Spice) will be an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving, communication skills (English), and a desire to learn
  • Ability to work on multi-functional projects with a globally located team
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
