We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Accounting Associate to join our Finance Team in Pomezia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR and Finance departments in payroll processing, time attendance, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and maintain employee files, including new hires and terminations.
  • Maintain time clocks and associated software to gather timely time attendance data.
  • Collect, control, and administer travel expenses claims.
  • Provide support in monitoring and controlling payroll process cycles.
  • Interact with ADP payroll provider to collect and validate data.
  • Handle various payroll adjustments, including shortages, garnishments, and bonus pay.
  • Prepare and maintain non-wage compensation entries and files.
  • Prepare monthly payroll summary information for entry to General Ledger.
  • Prepare periodic payroll-related analyses and reports as requested by managers.
  • Provide general administration and human resources support.
  • Answer routine inquiries from outside the company on employment verifications.
  • Provide assistance in the design and administration of the company's benefit programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
  • Good English level (B2 minimum).
