Job Title: Medical Affairs Publications Manager

At EUSA Pharma, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Affairs Publications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Affairs department, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of publication plans for global and local clinical studies and non-clinical trial sources.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Corporate, Global, and affiliate teams to develop strategic publication plans, including scientific publications, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.

  • Publication Management: Manage the development and approval process for documents included in the publication plans within timelines, collaborating with medical teams.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with medical affairs, clinical development, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of communication efforts with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on external environment and ensure that publications materials adhere to relevant internal SOPs, national, and international regulations, and guidelines.

  • External Engagement: Provide publications expertise and insight to develop effective operating models and build relationships with external partners as required by business needs.

  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to corporate, global, and affiliate teams on scientific communication principles, publication planning, and writing techniques.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to medical publications activities and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, publication outputs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or communications field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in medical communication, publication management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of medical writing principles, publication planning processes, and scientific communication standards.

  • Language: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
