We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Skechers USA Italia S.r.l. in Retail. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales and customer service skills
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Previous experience in a retail or sales leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales goals
- Proven track record of increasing sales and achieving business objectives
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a positive customer experience
