Job Description

MediBuddy, India's leading healthcare technology platform, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our Android, Web, and Backend Apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement QA processes to ensure optimal SDLC
  • Lead a team of QA engineers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects
  • Design and implement automation test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Appium, and REST Assured
  • Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in QA of Web, iOS, and Android Apps
  • Experience leading a team of 10-12 QA engineers
  • Strong knowledge of QA and CI tools, including Java, Selenium, Appium, and CI/CD
  • Experience with B2C Apps and Messaging Apps in a startup environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
