We're looking for a Consultant who will aid in the expansion of our Business Innovation, Technology & Sustainability team, with a special focus on the Strategy and Organization field.

• Define, maintain and ensure project management standards across the organization.
• Provide business solutions through direct contact with clients.
• Plan, design and lead key group meetings.
• Plan and coordinate the execution of actions.
• Gather customer and/or business requirements and perform functional analysis.
• Support clients in process review or design, driving the collection and definition of functional requirements.
• Support the definition and collection of project concepts, ensuring continuous alignment between structures and functions involved.
• Manage reporting for continuous monitoring of project initiatives and intercept any critical issues in advance.
• Contribute to identifying the best technologies for each project.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, management or engineering.
• At least 4/6 years of experience gained in leading management consulting firms.
• Previous experience in organizational development projects, including analysis and process mapping.
• Good knowledge of Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in the Verona area.

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
