We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Representative to join our Corporate Team at IT001 Marsh Spa. As a Senior Client Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as their main point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in the assigned segment
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional client service
  • Understand the unique needs and objectives of each client and provide tailored financial solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client requests
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on insurance products and solutions
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics or Law
  • Proven experience in managing corporate clients in the insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and solutions, in particular with reference to Property & Liability insurance programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English
