- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in the assigned segment
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional client service
- Understand the unique needs and objectives of each client and provide tailored financial solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client requests
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on insurance products and solutions
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics or Law
- Proven experience in managing corporate clients in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and solutions, in particular with reference to Property & Liability insurance programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in both Italian and English
