Four Seasons is a luxury hospitality company that prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing members and guests with personalized fitness instruction and guidance to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.

About the Role:

Our Personal Trainer is responsible for creating and delivering high-quality fitness programs that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our members and guests. This includes providing one-on-one coaching, group fitness instruction, and wellness guidance to help individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver personalized fitness programs for members and guests.
  • Provide high-quality fitness instruction and coaching to individuals and groups.
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to members and guests.
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a comprehensive wellness program.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for fitness activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or related field.
  • Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is on a part-time basis and located in Florence. The successful candidate will be required to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
